Hawaiian Poi is the one traditional Luau food that should be served at every Luau Party or Hawaiian Party.  It's a rather bland, paste-like dish of mashed taro roots.  Hawaiian Poi could be compared to mashed potatoes in the mainland United States.  We offer a 3 ounce jar of Poi Powder that mixes with water to serve 6 or sample for about 15-20 people.
